Hi, I’m Elizabeth — a single mom building this brand while raising my daughter, Eva. I’ve always loved Pinterest-inspired style, but I wanted clothing that not only looks beautiful in photos, but actually feels comfortable in real life. My mom helps me sew, fold, and pack every order, and together we create pieces made by real women, for real women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and skin tones. This brand isn’t about trends or perfection — it’s about feeling good, looking good beyond a photo, and fitting into everyday life comfortably and with confidence.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within the day!

Once shipped, delivery takes 5–12 business days depending on your exact location. You’ll receive a tracking number so you can check where your order is currently at every moment.

Do you ship within the United States?

Yes! We currently ship all across the U.S.

How do your clothes fit?

Our pieces are made for real life — not just photos. Most styles fit true to size, but we always recommend checking the size chart on each product page. If there isn't one, please message us at service@elizabethainsley.com and we'll send you the size chart immediately!

Are your clothes comfortable for everyday wear?

Absolutely! Comfort is one of our top priorities.

Our styles are Pinterest-inspired but designed to actually feel good when you wear them — soft fabrics, easy fits, and pieces you’ll want to reach for again and again.

Can I return or exchange an item if I got a problem with it?

Of course! We accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

If the problem is valid, we’ll help you through the process — no stress.

Do your shoes run true to size?

Most of our shoes fit true to size. If a style runs slightly small or large, we’ll always mention it in the product description. If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually the safest option.

How often do you release new styles?

We add new styles regularly, but we focus on wearable, timeless pieces rather than fast trends. We’d rather bring you items you’ll love longer than something you’ll only wear once.

Will sold-out items restock?

Some items do restock, while others are limited. If you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it while it’s available. You can also contact us and we'll make it just for you!

How do I care for my clothing?

We recommend gentle washing in cold water and laying flat or hanging to dry. This helps keep your pieces looking beautiful for as long as possible.

Where is your business located in the US?

We’re based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This is our home where we work and prepare orders. While we don’t have a physical storefront just yet, everything is handled with care right here by our small family team. 💕
